We offer several domestic shipping options. We don't offer international shipping (yet).

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined by weight. For orders over $500, shipping is on us.

Express Shipping
We offer a $50 flat express shipping rate which arrives in 2 business days.

Shipping Restrictions
We can’t ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. Sorry about that.

Local Pickup
Are you a Texas local or just passing through? We’d love to meet you.

If you select “local pickup” as your shipping method, you’ll get an email when it’s ready. 

We accept all credit cards, as well as Shop Pay and Apple Pay

Payment plans are available at checkout through Shop Pay. (So go ahead and treat yourself.)

We don’t blame you - we love it too. 

If an item is out of stock and we’re planning on restocking it, you’ll see a Pre-Order or Notify Me option. If neither of those are visible the item might be gone for good. Write us with any questions.

We work fast around here. 

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email customercare@shopcasalina.com within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order is fulfilled, it can’t be changed.

Exchange Policy
You have 14 days from the day your package is delivered to decide if your items are right for you. Your exchange order ships as soon as your existing order is sent out and marked as “In Transit.”

Send back your items ASAP to make sure the size or color you want doesn’t sell out in the meantime!

Return Policy
You have 14 days from the day your package is delivered to decide if your items are right for you.

Yes, we do. You may request a refund to your original payment method, or (if you want to keep shopping) as store credit

If you placed your order using both store credit and another payment method, your refund will be issued back to both.

Here’s what you need to do in order to qualify for a refund. 

All items
Your items must be returned with the Casalina tags still attached

Swimwear
If you are returning swimwear, the hygienic liner must still be in place

Final Sale
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned, nor can they be refunded–feel free to gift or donate them instead.

Note: Shipping charges are not refundable unless the item is faulty. That’s on us.

Store Credit
Once you receive your refund confirmation email, store credit will be available within 24 hours. 

Other Payment Methods
Once we receive your items back, you can expect your refund to arrive within 10 business days.
